ADM Independent Accountant Financial Consultancy was founded by our founder Abdullah Bayramoğlu on July 1, 2010, in order to provide high-quality accounting, financial consultancy, tax and auditing services to all individual and corporate customers on subjects that require experience and expertise. Our company has been continuing its commercial activities with the title of ADMTAX Partners Denetim ve Mali Müşavirlik Anonim Şirketi since April 2017. With our experience accumulated over the years and our developing portfolio, apart from the headquarters of our company, we are also in Istanbul / Beşiktaş under the “Core Corporate Consultancy” company, in England / London under the “Accounting Direct Plus” company and in the TRNC / Nicosia within the body of the “Credo Partners” company.
The quality of the services provided by our profession; is directly proportional to the knowledge and experience at the level of expertise. ADMTAX Partners Financial Consultancy has the ability to follow all kinds of developments about all legislation and practices related to working life such as tax, trade, business, and social security law, which are the needs of companies and to convey them to its customers as soon as possible. Informing its customers as a result of these developments, offering suggestions regarding the needs and problems of companies, taking into account the realities of the country, guiding them through commercial planning are among the main services it provides to its customers. Our Founder & Chairman of the Board
Born in Tokat-Zile in 1979, Abdullah Bayramoğlu graduated from Izmir Finance Vocational High School in 1997 and from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics Department of Finance in 2002.
He started his career in 1998 as a Tax Officer at the Istanbul Revenue Office of the Ministry of Finance. He resigned after 5 years of public service. Abdullah Bayramoğlu started to work at Sigma Yeminli Mali Müşavirlik A.Ş. in 2003. During his 4-year working period in this company, he carried out full certification, audit, accounting and consultancy activities of many companies. 01.10.2006-01.06.2010 between the News Corporation subsidiary operating in the advertising sector in Turkey News Outdoor (Outdoor Mix) have been found in the Accounting Department and Deputy General Manager in charge of Business Development.
He started his retail business by establishing the company named ADM Serbest Muhasebeci Mali Müşavirlik in June 2010. The company has been awarded the title of ADMTAX Partners Auditing and Financial Consultancy Incorporated since April 2017 and is still operating. He is married and has a child. He has the title of Independent Accountant Financial Advisor.

He was born in Istanbul in 1964. After completing his primary and secondary education, he graduated from Eyüp Commercial High School Accounting Department. He has received training and certificates in accounting and financing legislation from many qualified educational institutions. Throughout his professional life, he has served in the accounting and auditing of companies operating in various commercial fields, and has served as the Accounting Manager for many years. Since 2012, ADMTAX Partners A.Ş. He is still working as a senior manager in our company. He has two children.

After completing his primary and secondary education, he completed his higher education in Muğla University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics in 2011. He started his career in 2012 within ADMTAX Partners A.Ş. and still continues his duty in our company. He has the title of Independent Accountant and Financial Advisor since 2014.

She was born in 1984 in Istanbul. After completing her primary and secondary education, she completed her higher education in the History Department of Istanbul University. She also received a second undergraduate education at the same university and graduated from the Department of Geography. She did her master’s degree on Educational Sciences at Istanbul University. She worked as a teacher and administrator in many private education institutions for more than 10 years. As of 2018, in addition to his education career, she worked as the corporate communications director within ADMTAX Partners A.Ş. She is married with one child.
